Terms & Conditions: Zeno Referral Program
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines governing the referral program (“Zeno Referral Program”) offered by Zeno Renewables (“Company”). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. Definitions
Referral:
A “referral” typically refers to an action taken by an existing customer or individual to recommend or refer another person, business, or entity to a particular product, service, or program. This recommendation is often made based on their positive experience or satisfaction with the product or service.
In a referral program, the person making the referral is usually referred to as the “referrer”.
Friend or Family Member:
A “friend or family member” refers to the person who has been referred by an existing customer or individual to a product, service, or program. In a referral program, the individual or entity being referred is often called the “referee” or “referred customer. The referee is the recipient of the recommendation and is often encouraged to take a specific action, such as making a purchase, signing up, or participating in the referred program.
In a referral program, the referrer typically receives incentives or rewards for successfully bringing in referees who take the desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a service. The terms “friend”, “family member”, “referral” and “referee” are used to distinguish between the person making the recommendation and the person who acts upon that recommendation.
3. Eligibility
In order to participate in this referral program, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be an existing Zeno (or Virtuoso Energy) customer with Zeno for its residential solar solutions (solar, EV, battery) . Participants must not have submitted any negative reviews, including a 1-star rating on Google.
- Your referral (your referee) must be submitted via the Zeno referral landing page (hereinafter referred to as the “Zeno Referral Program Web Page”) and must pay their final deposit.
- The referee submitted must be requesting solar within the locations that Zeno operates and must not already exist in Zeno’s database. In the event where two referrers submit the information of the same referee, Zeno will treat the new customer at a first come first serve basis.
4. Referral Process
To make an eligible referral, the referrer must:
- Visit and submit a referee via the Zeno Referral Program Web Page.
- Complete the referral form with accurate and complete information.
- The referred individual (“referee”) must subsequently go solar with Zeno.
5. Referral Payment
The payment for successful referrals will be processed and issued to the referrer within 3 weeks after the FINAL DEPOSIT is made by the referee. The referrer will be contacted by Zeno.
6. General Terms
The Company reserves the right to define what constitutes a qualifying referral or action for both Referring Participants and Referred Customers.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or any part of it at any time without notice.
The Company may disqualify any referrer or referred party found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or involved in any fraudulent, misleading, or malicious activity.
The Company’s decisions regarding the referral program, eligibility, and incentive disbursement are final and binding.
This referral program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participants engage in the referral program at their own risk and are responsible for any tax implications arising from the receipt of referral payment. Please consult with your tax professional for any advice or clarification.

By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the referral program.
