About the Role:
The Marketing Assistant will support various marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Coordinate marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media posts, digital advertising, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in creating content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the maintenance of the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Assist in the coordination of trade shows, conferences, and other events, including booth setup, promotional material preparation, and attendee engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials and assets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a Fresh Graduate of a Marketing Degree Program; or related field
- 2 years experience in a related position or from extra curricular activities under an Educational Institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Valid Canadian Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, as this position will involve travelling to and from events.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
