This means your inverters have lost their connection to the ECU. This will usually repair itself within 24-48 hours, but if it does not, please email us at support@livezeno.com. Please note that “NC” means a lost internet connection, and the system is still working and producing energy. Ensure your panels are not covered in snow before you email us.

Kindly check if the ECU is plugged to a power outlet. Ensure that it is connected to a stable internet connection.
Solar modules are rated for hail resistance. However, the warranty does not include hail damage. It is advisable to integrate your Solar system with your home insurance.

Your Solar app will only show Solar production, unless you paid for energy monitoring to also show imported and exported energy. The Solar first powers your home and any excess energy is exported to the grid. The credits you see on your bill are only the exported portion of the Solar energy.
Cleaning of panels is not required. Losses due to snow and dust are already modelled into your system’s estimated performance. The only maintenance required is to be able to access your app to monitor production and be alerted of any issues.

Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers integrity of the installation such as wiring, penetrations, sealings, piping, and terminations.
Our lifetime labour warranty means that if you have a product failure, we will come replace it free of charge. Please note that this warranty only covers labor, not the product itself.
The product warranty of your panels and inverters vary and can be accessed in your turnover package which was provided to you at the end of your installation.
Our production guarantee means that if your system underproduces from what we promised by more than 5% in the first year, we will pay you the difference at $0.12/kWh.
Refer to your installation agreement for any and all items not covered under Zeno Renewables’s warranties and guarantees.
Every system comes equipped with the ability to monitor Solar production. If you would also like to monitor how much energy you import from and export to the grid, we can install energy monitoring for an additional charge of $1,000, or $850 if it’s done with your Solar installation.
There’s a few things you can do.
1. Make sure the Solar breaker(s) in your electrical panel is/are ON
2. Check your SolarEdge inverter and ensure the LIGHTS are the proper color. For APS, check your ECU to ensure you have two steady green lights.
3. Check your app to see if there is Solar production (note if there is snow covering the panels)
Note that your system may be working and only just disconnected from the internet.
