Calgary, Alberta, April 22, 2023 – One month ago, Zeno Renewables (Zeno) announced a partnership with veritree to plant 15 trees per homes installed with solar. In honour of Earth Day, Zeno is pleased to announce that it will double the number of trees planted over the next 30 days.

By planting 30 trees for every solar system sold over the next 30 days, Zeno is solidifying its commitment to going carbon neutral. For Zeno’s leadership team, sustainability goes beyond the products offered—like residential solar panels and battery systems—and includes the actions taken by the company itself.
Doubling the amount of trees donated adds to Zeno’s carbon offset to date through solar panel installations, which approximately totals 347,760,000 kwh, alongside 11,355 planted with veritree to date.
“Our actions matter, and while everything we do as a company isn’t perfect yet—we still have an environmental footprint even though we are trying to eliminate it,” said Kai Fahrion, co-CEO of Zeno. “veritree is helping us get there.”
