Solar Installer – 2nd and 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice – Lethbridge

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Apprentice will require an individual willing to work directly under the supervision of a Journeyperson Electrician and in conjunction with a Project Manager to effectively provide clientele with residential solar installations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

2nd and 3rd year electrical apprentice
Pre-employment 
Residential construction experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage and delegate tasks
Residential and light commercial experience preferred 
Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
Attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working at heights and on pitched roofs of 2 storey homes
Consistent lifting of 50lb. solar modules

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working as part of a team to execute residential solar installations on budget and schedule
Maintenance of company and client property 
Daily accurate time submission
Consistent communication
Maintaining electrical standards, quality, and safety of installations

CERTIFICATIONS:

Fall Arrest (required)
Drivers License (required)
Criminal background check and drivers abstract (required)

Full-time, Permanent, Approximately 40 hours per week

Wage: $23.40-$27.30 per hour
