Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will work directly under the Project Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Full time permanent
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status
- Passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and technology
- Completed post-secondary education
- Preference will be given to those who meet the requirements for grant funding programs.
Responsibilities:
- Learn our products, services, industry, and operations
- Familiarize with process cycle from lead generation to project close-out
- Updating CRM and Project Management platforms as required
- Maintain and organize documents
- Submit permits and other project documents to government entities and utility companies
- Special projects related to operations
- Working with vendors and other project stakeholders
- Data collection and analysis
- Improve and create processes
- Oversee client record maintenance
- Review daily safety documents
- Manage technical service requests from clients
- Maintain solar monitoring platforms
- General operational support
- Client interaction

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
