Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will work directly under the Project Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Full time permanent
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status
• Passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and technology
• Completed post-secondary education
• Preference will be given to those who meet the requirements for grant funding programs.

Responsibilities:

• Learn our products, services, industry, and operations
• Familiarize with process cycle from lead generation to project close-out
• Updating CRM and Project Management platforms as required
• Maintain and organize documents
• Submit permits and other project documents to government entities and utility companies
• Special projects related to operations
• Working with vendors and other project stakeholders
• Data collection and analysis
• Improve and create processes
• Oversee client record maintenance
• Review daily safety documents
• Manage technical service requests from clients
• Maintain solar monitoring platforms
• General operational support
• Client interaction

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
